• Lead the commercial growth strategy for the premium private label ingredients portfolio.
• Identify and develop new premium private label opportunities with key customers from concept to commercialization.
• Expand market share by unlocking new customers, applications, and channels.
• Build and maintain strong, senior-level customer relationships.
• Provide market intelligence on consumer trends and the competitive landscape to inform strategy.
• Manage the US sales pipeline, including forecasting, target setting, and performance tracking.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Strong commercial background in food or dairy ingredients.
• Experience with private label or customer-branded portfolios.
• Proven ability to manage complex negotiations and grow accounts.
• Solid understanding of US ingredients and retail market dynamics.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across R&D, supply chain, and marketing teams.
