What you will do

• Lead foundry PE teams in the development and enhancement of PDKs with minimal routine instruction.
• Develop and integrate foundry rule decks and technology files based on provided process design kits.
• Manage PDK QA processes, including DRC, LVS, PEX, EMIR, Pcell layout, and release regression.
• Create scripts to port design databases, device parameters, layout layers, and via mapping.
• Promote and enhance hirify.global PDK development tools, such as Pcell Designer and auto validation kits.
• Provide real-time tool support and collaborate with R&D to create bug workarounds and file CCRs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 15+ years of related working experience (MS+ preferred).
• Hands-on experience leading PDK teams or managing complex development projects.
• Deep understanding of analog design flows, physical verification (DRC/LVS/Dummy Fill), and post-layout RC extraction.
• Proficiency in scripting languages, specifically PERL, TCL, and SKILL.
• Solid understanding of Spice models and simulation flows.
• Experience with hirify.global PAS or Pcell Designer tools is highly desired.
