What you will do

• Develop overcurrent protection products, including concept creation, prototyping, and production release.
• Lead cross-functional development teams and manage technical aspects of the development process.
• Research new materials and process technologies to enable ground-breaking product innovations.
• Conduct basic experimentation and prototyping to validate new technology benefits.
• Provide technical support to process development, sales, marketing, and quality teams regarding product performance.
• Manage project resources, schedules, and documentation such as DFMEA, drawings, and validation reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in new product development, preferably in electronic components like fuses, breakers, or relays.
• Applied knowledge of engineering tools such as 3D CAD.
• Familiarity with DFMEA and APQP methodologies.
• Result-oriented mindset with strong self-initiative.
• Good oral and written communication skills in English.
