Salary: $75,000–$95,000 Annually

What you will do
- Analyze engineering drawings and Bills of Materials to determine material and tooling requirements for new programs.
- Develop and maintain integrated project schedules to ensure all milestones are met.
- Source and purchase specialty components and manage Outside Processing purchase orders.
- Negotiate pricing, lead times, and terms with suppliers to meet strict program budgets.
- Resolve supplier non-conformances in coordination with Quality and Engineering teams.
- Utilize ERP/MRP systems to maintain data integrity for development parts.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident) due to ITAR compliance.
- 3 years in procurement and 1 year in planning within a precision machining or aerospace/defense environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering (or Associate's degree with 7 years of related experience).
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and ability to read complex blueprints and GD&T.
- Strong negotiation and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven prototype environment.
