What you will do

• Develop and balance manufacturing plans across several production facilities.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Program Management, and Supply Chain to align objectives with production schedules.
• Analyze production data to identify capacity constraints and develop mitigation strategies.
• Triage, maintain, and present manufacturing plans to support critical aerospace programs.
• Ensure production schedules remain on track within a fast-paced design and manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or lawful permanent resident to comply with U.S. Government international trade regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Extensive experience working in engineering-driven manufacturing environments.
• Strong proficiency with MRP systems and data analytics.
• Proven ability to distill and present large amounts of data clearly.

Nice to have

• Experience using SQL, Python, or R.
• APICS Certification.
• Understanding of product development processes and transition to production.
