What you will do

• Execute sourcing and procurement of materials, components, and services to meet production requirements.
• Manage the full purchase order lifecycle, including creation, tracking, and issue resolution.
• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance regarding quality, responsiveness, and on-time delivery.
• Maintain accurate purchasing and inventory records within ERP systems.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Quality teams to support production and new product introductions.
• Analyze procurement data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements

• Must be based in Irvine, CA
• Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain within a manufacturing environment.
• Solid understanding of sourcing strategies, supplier management, and inventory control.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and standard procurement workflows.
