What you will do

• Manage daily procurement of materials from initial requisition to delivery and invoice reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in NetSuite, including lot/serial tracking and cycle counts.
• Execute shipping and receiving processes for hardware components.
• Ensure compliance with export control laws and procurement regulations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, engineering, and production teams.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or protected individual due to export control laws.
• Must be able to work daily in the Golden, Colorado office.
• Experience in a hardware manufacturing environment.
• Technical expertise with ERP/MRP systems for supply chain operations.
• Proficiency in inventory control, including bin/lot/serial tracking.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
