What you will do

• Lead master data governance including BOMs, lead times, and planning parameters to ensure MRP accuracy.
• Execute material readiness activities across engineering and operations from development through rate production.
• Manage the Clear-to-Build (CTB) process and provide visibility into supply availability and risk assessments.
• Coordinate material change cut-ins and manage inventory to prevent stock-outs and obsolescence.
• Partner with procurement on strategic supply chain initiatives like long-term purchasing and safety stock.
• Report on MRP health metrics and escalate critical supply issues to operations leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in material program management, planning, or supply chain operations.
• Proven track record supporting NPI material planning from prototype through rate production.
• Proficiency working within MRP or ERP systems.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or eligible for ITAR authorization.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate supply risks to cross-functional stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-tier BOMs in high-mix manufacturing environments.
• Advanced Excel skills (macros, VLOOKUP) or experience with SQL/Power BI.
• Background in aerospace, defense, or other high-precision regulated industries.
