Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 yearly

What you will do
- Lead requirements gathering, planning, and implementation of technical solutions for News, Production, and Creative Services partners.
- Oversee media production applications and critical facility infrastructure to ensure maximum reliability.
- Manage staffing, hiring, scheduling, and performance for Production Operations Specialists.
- Direct technical support, incident response operations, and stakeholder communication.
- Develop and coach team members throughout their professional growth.
- Ensure strict compliance with corporate cyber security policies and FCC rules.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (people or project management).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Radio, Television & Film, or equivalent experience.
- Expertise in media technology including SDI, NDI, ST-2110, NRCS, NLE, MAM, and transmission systems.
- Strong knowledge of core IT fundamentals: virtualized/cloud compute, storage, networking, and identity management.
- Must be based in or willing to work onsite in Sacramento and Fresno, CA.
- Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the US.
