What you will do

• Lead Integrated Work Systems (IWS), Planned Maintenance (PM), and Breakdown Elimination (BDE) to improve asset reliability.
• Provide 24/7 technical leadership and support for mechanics, fostering a culture of empowerment.
• Execute daily maintenance priorities through Daily Direction Setting (DDS).
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to enhance safety, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Partner with Engineering on equipment changes and process integration.
• Coach and develop maintenance leads and line teams across all shifts.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or chemical engineering highly preferred.
• 3-5 years experience in maintenance reliability programs and direct front-line leadership.
• Experience with P&ID drawings and CIP processes.
• Proficiency with BDE/RCA/IPS and preventive/predictive maintenance concepts.
• Ability to support a 24/7 production schedule, including nights, weekends, and on-call support.
• Must be based in Fort Worth, Texas.
