What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop maintenance personnel to foster a high-performance and accountable culture.
• Drive reliability-centered maintenance, predictive strategies, and root cause failure analysis to reduce downtime.
• Utilize SAP/CMMS to plan, schedule, and track maintenance activities while ensuring data integrity.
• Manage contractors and service providers to ensure compliance with safety standards and cost-effectiveness.
• Oversee safe work permit processes, including LOTO, line break, and elevated work permits.
• Lead the Wyoming fixed asset and spare parts programs to ensure operational readiness.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering preferred.
• Minimum three years of experience in manufacturing operations.
• Working knowledge of rotating equipment, piping systems, and instrumentation.
• Experience with SAP business systems.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interfacing with all levels of the organization.
