What you will do
- Lead and supervise a team of 13 maintenance technicians across all shifts.
- Develop and enhance preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime.
- Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and chronic downtime issues.
- Manage the annual maintenance budget, including spare parts procurement and external vendor services.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Ensure full compliance with OSHA regulations and internal safety policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of maintenance or engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven background in troubleshooting automated and electromechanical equipment.
- Experience leading continuous improvement projects and capital upgrades.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Must be able to work onsite in Franklin, NH.
Nice to have
- Experience in high-volume or automated manufacturing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project.
- Familiarity with MP2 or other CMMS software.
