Facilities & Maintenance Manager

What you will do

• Lead and supervise a team of 13 maintenance technicians across all shifts.
• Develop and enhance preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime.
• Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and chronic downtime issues.
• Manage the annual maintenance budget, including spare parts procurement and external vendor services.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Ensure full compliance with OSHA regulations and internal safety policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of maintenance or engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven background in troubleshooting automated and electromechanical equipment.
• Experience leading continuous improvement projects and capital upgrades.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to work onsite in Franklin, NH.

Nice to have

• Experience in high-volume or automated manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project.
• Familiarity with MP2 or other CMMS software.
