Salary: $34.20 per hour (approx. $71,136 annually)

What you will do

• Perform complex maintenance tasks across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Install, modify, and improve manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and execute corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Plan and complete preventive maintenance checks according to schedule.
• Utilize technical documentation, including blueprints and equipment specifications, to guide repairs.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and adhere to all safety procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years of associate degree in a relevant field or two years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Demonstrated mechanical and electrical competencies via pre-employment assessment.
• Ability to stand for 12 hours on concrete floors and lift up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 rotation, including night shifts.
• Must be able to work onsite in Lawrenceburg, KY.
