What you will do

• Build and maintain sustainable relationships with Trading, Risk Management, and IT stakeholders.
• Provide functional support for pricing, risk management, and position keeping systems.
• Lead and coordinate project testing initiatives across multiple squads.
• Conduct root cause analysis for critical incidents and ensure timely resolution.
• Document and share knowledge on end-to-end customer journeys.
• Negotiate and monitor SLAs for system stability and support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed.
• 5+ years of experience in Financial Markets and/or Treasury.
• In-depth knowledge of financial market products (FX, MM, Rates & Credits, Fixed Income, Repos).
• Understanding of market, credit, and operational risk management concepts.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and trading systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python programming and shell scripting.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform and automated workflow orchestration.
• Hands-on experience with Azure BLM and Azure DevOps.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
