What you will do

• Own and prioritize the product backlog to balance roadmap delivery, defects, and customer escalations.
• Translate strategic initiatives into clear, actionable epics and user stories for the Scrum team.
• Establish and maintain operational frameworks for work intake, prioritization, and risk mitigation.
• Provide clear direction to Engineering, UX, and QA to ensure sprint execution with minimal ambiguity.
• Manage stakeholder expectations through proactive communication regarding scope, tradeoffs, and timelines.
• Maintain Jira hygiene to ensure transparency, forecasting, and predictable delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in digital product delivery as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Analyst.
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume backlog and make prioritization tradeoffs under pressure.
• Hands-on experience with Jira for backlog management and sprint execution.
• Strong stakeholder management and crisp written/verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to appear onsite in Philadelphia, PA as part of the recruitment process.

Nice to have

• Experience with learning platforms (LMS), CE/credentialing workflows, or healthcare education products.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and privacy/security norms.
• CSPO or PSPO certification.
• Experience using product metrics and analytics to guide prioritization.
