Salary: $118,000 - $138,000

What you will do

• Manage products from vision to launch, delivering iterative features that meet business outcomes.
• Collaborate within a cross-functional SAFe Agile Release Train (ART) as a Feature Owner and Product Owner.
• Create and maintain product roadmaps in partnership with business leaders and engineering teams.
• Work with UX/UI designers to ensure intuitive product experiences.
• Validate product hypotheses through user research and feedback loops with internal stakeholders.
• Use data-driven insights to prioritize opportunities and maximize business impact.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product management across the full digital product lifecycle.
• 2+ years of experience working with Scaled Agile (SAFe) and Scrum-based teams.
• Strong proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Github.
• Ability to troubleshoot using browser developer tools.
• Experience handling sensitive company information and maintaining data security.
• Must be able to work from the Nashville office at least 3 days per week.
