Salary: $134,600 - $154,000

What you will do
- Lead the strategic vision and execution of the Professional Services scheduling roadmap and Learning Management System.
- Define, document, and articulate clear user stories and requirements for delivery teams.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify process improvements and system enhancements.
- Monitor and resolve production issues within integrated applications like Salesforce Field Service and 360 Learning.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for implementations and system upgrades.
- Pilot and integrate AI productivity tools to evaluate workflows and map cross-system dependencies.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner.
- Proven experience working in Agile development environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for diverse stakeholder management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Salesforce Agentforce Field Service.
- Experience in K–12 public or private education environments.
- Professional certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, PMP, or Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator.
