What you will do

• Lead the strategic vision and execution of the Professional Services scheduling roadmap and Learning Management System.
• Define, document, and articulate clear user stories and requirements for delivery teams.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify process improvements and system enhancements.
• Monitor and resolve production issues within integrated applications like Salesforce Field Service and 360 Learning.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for implementations and system upgrades.
• Pilot and integrate AI productivity tools to evaluate workflows and map cross-system dependencies.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner.
• Proven experience working in Agile development environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for diverse stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Salesforce Agentforce Field Service.
• Experience in K–12 public or private education environments.
• Professional certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, PMP, or Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator.
