What you will do

• Partner with stakeholders to define and execute product vision and roadmap priorities.
• Own and manage the product backlog, including creating user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, refinement, and retrospectives.
• Document complex business processes, workflows, and system requirements.
• Coordinate release readiness, including documentation, training, and UAT activities.
• Support migration strategies to transition customers to next-generation platforms.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Product Owner in a software product environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong proficiency with Agile tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.
• Experience working closely with engineering and business stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• CSPO or PSPO certification.
• Experience with SaaS, enterprise software, or operational systems.
• Background in retail software solutions like POS, eCommerce, or inventory management.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted or automation-enabled product features.
• Experience supporting large-scale platform migrations.
