What you will do

• Lead the product roadmap for Gainsight to advance predictive maturity, including churn risk forecasting and automated journeys.
• Optimize customer onboarding workflows in Salesforce, focusing on case management and automated milestone tracking.
• Define and articulate clear user stories and requirements for engineering and delivery teams within an Agile framework.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align the technology stack with long-term business goals.
• Monitor and resolve production issues across Salesforce, Gainsight, and integrated applications.
• Pilot and integrate AI productivity tools to improve requirement quality and identify cross-system dependencies.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner
• Proven experience with Salesforce and Customer Success platforms (preferably Gainsight)
• Strong background in Agile development environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently with strong analytical skills

Nice to have

• Experience in K-12 education
• Familiarity with digital product licensing and entitlement processes
• Relevant certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, or Salesforce/Gainsight Administrator credentials
