Salary: $150,000 - $185,000

What you will do

• Provide strategic leadership for recruitment and operational learning strategies for destination-dedicated roles.
• Coach leaders to act as strategic talent advisors and optimize sourcing strategies to address business skill gaps.
• Partner with Finance and Operations on labor forecasting, hiring prioritization, and workforce planning.
• Design and evolve talent pathways that connect hiring, onboarding, development, and internal mobility.
• Drive destination-focused internship and recruitment programs to build a pipeline for professional roles.
• Manage external vendor relationships and oversee the optimization of the applicant tracking system.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition and/or learning and development solutions.
• 7+ years of experience in a management or leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or Organizational Development required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Demonstrated success leading both TA and L&D functions in complex, high-volume environments.
• Proven ability to translate business strategy into actionable talent and workforce solutions.
• Must be able to work on-site in Universal City, CA at least 4 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience in theme park, hospitality, or retail industries.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and negotiating major vendor relationships.
• Master’s degree in Psychology, Instructional Design, or Organizational Development.
