What you will do
- Lead a global team of executive recruiters responsible for VP+ and corporate-level hiring.
- Develop and execute strategies to attract top-tier executive talent aligned with company culture and goals.
- Partner with senior leadership to anticipate talent needs and build a robust pipeline of executive candidates.
- Conduct hands-on recruitment for critical corporate-level executive roles.
- Build and manage relationships with external executive search firms and industry networks.
- Establish and track key performance metrics for the executive talent acquisition function.
Requirements
- 12+ years of relevant experience in executive talent acquisition, including strategic and people leadership.
- 5+ years of management responsibility leading high-performing teams.
- Proven ability to recruit for VP+ and above corporate-level positions.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
