What you will do

  • Lead a global team of executive recruiters responsible for VP+ and corporate-level hiring.
  • Develop and execute strategies to attract top-tier executive talent aligned with company culture and goals.
  • Partner with senior leadership to anticipate talent needs and build a robust pipeline of executive candidates.
  • Conduct hands-on recruitment for critical corporate-level executive roles.
  • Build and manage relationships with external executive search firms and industry networks.
  • Establish and track key performance metrics for the executive talent acquisition function.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of relevant experience in executive talent acquisition, including strategic and people leadership.
  • 5+ years of management responsibility leading high-performing teams.
  • Proven ability to recruit for VP+ and above corporate-level positions.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Previous experience working at an executive search firm.
