Location: Phoenix preferred; hybrid office schedule. Open to remote if outside Arizona. Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Salary: $95,000–$130,000 base + performance bonus/commission eligibility

What you will do
- Lead full-cycle recruiting to attract and hire top commercial real estate brokerage talent across multiple markets.
- Develop sourcing strategies, conduct talent mapping and competitive analysis, and proactively build long-term candidate pipelines.
- Manage candidate outreach, screening, interview coordination, and offer processes to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Own onboarding and accelerate time-to-production for new agents.
- Create and deliver internal training programs (onboarding curriculum, role-specific tracks, certification standards, and ongoing education content).
- Track recruiting activity and hiring metrics in Salesforce and other recruiting platforms.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or lead generation within commercial real estate.
- Experience recruiting in commercial real estate brokerage, investment sales, or related professional services.
- Experience delivering onboarding and training programs for new employees.
- Strong research, sourcing, and talent-mapping skills; excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage multiple markets, searches, and candidate pipelines simultaneously with strong organization and follow-through.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. and ability to travel as needed (up to 15%) if the role is remote.
