Salary: $85,600 - $149,400 USD + Bonus

What you will do

• Manage the DC Compliance product roadmap and prioritize the product backlog based on risk, value, and customer impact.
• Translate regulatory guidance from the IRS and DOL into clear, testable user stories with precise acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to define milestones, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and ensure high-quality releases.
• Act as the subject-matter authority for DC Compliance functionality, workflows, and regulatory requirements.
• Synthesize feedback from customer focus groups, internal teams, and stakeholders to inform product improvements.
• Provide product demos to prospective clients and create supporting documentation, videos, and training materials.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in product management, product ownership, or business analysis.
• Required: Professional credentials such as QPA, QKA, QKC, CPC, or similar retirement plan designations.
• Deep understanding of Defined Contribution retirement plans (e.g., 401(k), 403(b)) and compliance testing (ADP/ACP, coverage, top-heavy).
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum-based development environments.
• Must be available for in-person interviews and work onsite in Madison, WI.

Nice to have

• Experience with retirement plan compliance software or TPA workflows.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar Agile certification.
• Experience supporting SECURE Act / SECURE 2.0 enhancements.
• Ability to manually calculate compliance tests.
