What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of non-dilutive funding opportunities, including grants and cooperative programs from HERA, Horizon Europe, and Innovate UK.
• Build and lead multi-stakeholder consortia comprising biotech, pharma, medtech, and academic partners.
• Develop high-quality, compliant proposals that translate complex scientific capabilities into compelling value propositions.
• Advise private-sector clients on funding readiness, asset positioning, and navigating the EU/UK grant landscape.
• Oversee the delivery of funded programs, ensuring compliance with grant terms and operational milestones.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, public health, biomedical sciences, or a related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience in non-dilutive funding or life sciences consulting.
• 5+ years of experience leading proposal development for EU, UK, or international funding programs.
• Proven track record with funding bodies like HERA, European Commission, and Innovate UK.
• AI fluency and ability to use AI tools for landscape analysis and proposal development.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree (MBA, PhD, MPH, or MSc).
• Expertise in pandemic preparedness, vaccines, diagnostics, or digital health.
