What you will do

• Document business requirements and functional specifications using industry tools and techniques.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project goals and information needs are met.
• Research, analyze, and recommend the deployment of solutions for complex business and technology problems.
• Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and maintain traceability matrices.
• Analyze complex data to drive a structured approach to identifying and solving client problems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant business analysis experience.
• Mandatory experience in management consulting.
• Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluent in English, Dutch, and French.
• Must be based in Brussels, Belgium.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset.

Nice to have

• CBAP certification or similar.
• Experience with SQL, Tableau, and/or PowerBI.
• Strong interest and ability to build expertise in AI-related topics.
