Electronics Assembler I

Location: Must be based in Elma, New York (Onsite)

Salary: $22.00–$27.00 Hourly

What you will do

• Assemble high-reliability chassis and final assemblies using circuit cards, wire harnesses, and mechanical instruments.
• Perform complex soldering and crimping operations on sub-assemblies and circuit boards.
• Interpret assembly drawings, Bills of Material (B.O.M), and electronic work instructions.
• Conduct thorough inspections and Foreign Object Debris (FOD) checks to meet government specifications.
• Maintain work areas and equipment while adhering to Electro-Static Discharge (ESD) procedures.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in Elma, New York.
• Must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled information.
• Must participate in the company’s FAA Drug & Alcohol Program.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing assembly experience, preferably in electronics.
• Demonstrated ability to follow verbal and written work instructions in English.
• Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
