What you will do

• Assemble high-reliability chassis using circuit cards, wire harnesses, and mechanical instruments.
• Perform complex soldering and crimping operations on sub-assemblies and circuit boards.
• Interpret assembly drawings, Bills of Materials (BOM), and electronic work instructions.
• Adhere to Electro-Static Discharge (ESD) procedures and meet certification requirements.
• Utilize precision tools including torque wrenches, digital calipers, and microscopes.
• Maintain clean work areas and conduct Foreign Object Debris (FOD) checks.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Buffalo/Elma, NY.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing assembly experience, preferably in electronics.
• High School diploma or GED (or equivalent ability in English and basic math).
• Must participate in the F.A.A. Drug & Alcohol Program.
• Must have authorization to access U.S. export-controlled information.
