Mechanical Assembly 2nd Shift

Location: Onsite in Wisconsin, United States; second shift.

Salary: USD 16.44–34.81 per hour.

What you will do

• Perform manufacturing process tasks, including assembly, testing, inspection, and advanced rack building.
• Operate multiple machines, tools, and manufacturing equipment while following documented procedures.
• Audit materials and completed builds to support quality assurance.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and resolve issues using independent judgment.
• Support onboarding and training for new employees.
• Coordinate production tasks and execute customer-to-order requirements.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in manufacturing operations.
• Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in English and the local language.
• Strong mathematics, reading comprehension, written and verbal communication, and teamwork skills.
• Manual dexterity, physical capability, multitasking ability, and basic computer skills.
• Ability to navigate tools and procedures and apply technical knowledge relevant to the manufacturing function.
