What you will do

• Maintain close relationships with label teams and conduct weekly visits to key clients.
• Coordinate campaign plans and ensure all departments have the necessary tools for execution.
• Manage project timelines, track budgets, and respond quickly to action items.
• Use data and performance reports to adapt campaigns to emerging trends and fan activity.
• Collaborate with the Relationship Lead to set benchmarks and goals for each project.
• Optimize label catalogs and identify opportunities to increase artist visibility.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or campaign coordination.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in utilizing tools to interpret release performance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for liaison work between artists, labels, and internal teams.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Must be based in or able to work from New York.
