What you will do

• Support internal consulting-style engagements to define problems and drive implementation of strategic growth and expansion initiatives.
• Develop and execute operational rollout plans for new venues, ensuring scalable systems, processes, and staffing frameworks.
• Provide data-driven insights on business outcomes, operational efficiencies, and growth opportunities to aid executive decision-making.
• Partner cross-functionally with Venue Operations, Finance, Legal, Tech, and Marketing to align priorities and deliver high-impact outcomes.
• Maintain high standards of guest experience by adhering to professional appearance and presentation guidelines while on-site.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative/business field (MBA preferred).
• 4-6+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Portfolio Operations, Investment Banking, or Business Operations.
• Experience in multi-location or chain-oriented industries such as hospitality, entertainment, or wellness.
• Proven track record of delivering global strategy and high-impact growth initiatives in ambiguous environments.
• Strong communication and project management skills for leading in highly matrixed environments.
• Must be based in New York City with ability for periodic travel to Burbank, Las Vegas, and other locations.
