What you will do

• Lead and manage overseas outsourcing partners for policy administration and submission clearance.
• Oversee and develop an internal operations team focused on policy servicing and licensing.
• Serve as the primary liaison to parent company functions including finance, regulatory filings, and IT.
• Coordinate with carriers and departments of insurance on data calls, audits, and reporting.
• Act as the operational hub to resolve issues across underwriting, claims, and leadership.

Requirements
