What you will do

• Lead overseas outsourcing partners supporting submission clearance, rating, endorsement processing, and policy administration.
• Set vendor expectations, track performance, and improve operational workflows.
• Oversee and develop the internal operations team responsible for policy servicing, agency appointments, and licensing.
• Coordinate with accounting, finance, regulatory filings, licensing, and IT functions.
• Work with carriers, departments of insurance, and external stakeholders on data calls, reporting, audits, and information requests.
• Act as the operational hub across underwriting, claims, administrators, and leadership while managing special projects.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in insurance operations, underwriting support, compliance, program administration, or a related operational role.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, learn quickly, and drive accountability across vendors and teammates.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior leadership, carriers, regulators, and external partners.
• Demonstrated initiative, reliable execution, and tangible operational results.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
