What you will do

  • Administer and maintain client connectivity channels including SWIFT, IBP, and EBICS.
  • Provide operational support by handling client inquiries via phone and email.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes for new clients and ensure proper system setup.
  • Monitor client payments, investigations, and transaction processing.
  • Perform Know Your Transaction (KYT) controls to ensure compliance with internal policies.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve operational issues and maintain data integrity.

Requirements

  • Fluent in French (spoken and written).
  • Solid knowledge of English.
  • Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma with an Economic profile.
  • At least one year of operational banking experience in a client-facing role.
  • Understanding of banking legislation and related regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
