What you will do
- Administer and maintain client connectivity channels including SWIFT, IBP, and EBICS.
- Provide operational support by handling client inquiries via phone and email.
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new clients and ensure proper system setup.
- Monitor client payments, investigations, and transaction processing.
- Perform Know Your Transaction (KYT) controls to ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve operational issues and maintain data integrity.
Requirements
- Fluent in French (spoken and written).
- Solid knowledge of English.
- Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma with an Economic profile.
- At least one year of operational banking experience in a client-facing role.
- Understanding of banking legislation and related regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
