What you will do

• Manage end-to-end customer order processes, including entry, tracking, and delivery coordination.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers to ensure service level agreements are met.
• Process and resolve customer claims within the Quality Management module.
• Collaborate with Sales and Supply Chain teams to monitor order forecasts and address deviations.
• Guide customers through the product portfolio and suggest alternatives to maximize sales.
• Maintain accurate records and reports within SAP and internal operational systems.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in German and English required.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in automotive or industrial sectors.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and SAP (Order Management & Quality Management).
• Ability to work effectively in an international, hybrid environment.
• Strong communication skills for managing both written and verbal customer interactions.
