What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing customer-facing team to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Manage end-to-end order-to-cash operations, including order entry, management, and delivery planning.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Centre of Excellence teams to resolve complex customer scenarios.
  • Drive efficient slot and delivery management to optimize volumes and balance service levels with cost efficiency.
  • Monitor team performance against KPIs such as Call Service Level, Delivery Performance, and Claim Resolution.
  • Identify process optimization opportunities and contribute to regional or global innovation projects.

Requirements

  • Advanced level of French and English required.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Proven experience in a Team Leader role within a customer-facing environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, SAP (Order Management & Quality Management), and Power BI.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work in an international, cross-functional environment.
