Manager, Commercial Pricing (CPG): Owning the end-to-end pricing approval process and system integrity for a global consumer products leader with an accent on safeguarding gross margin and ensuring data accuracy across Oracle and sales planning tools. Focus on driving cross-functional collaboration between Finance, IT, and Commercial teams to optimize pricing workflows and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Needham, MA (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office)
Salary: $107,100 - $150,000 USD

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end pricing approval process, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and retailer margin standards.
- Manage system integrations between Oracle and internal Sales Planning tools to maintain data accuracy.
- Partner with Commercial and Finance teams to investigate margin deviations and recommend protective strategies.
- Train commercial teams on pricing controls, system functionality, and best practices.
- Build and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability of pricing management.
- Track and report on key pricing metrics, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, IT, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in pricing, finance, or IT with direct ownership of pricing controls.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP or equivalent systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; SQL or BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) are a plus.
- Background in Consumer Products (CPG) with familiarity in retailer margin requirements.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid model in Needham, MA (3 days/week).

- Experience with CPQ tools.
- Proven track record of presenting complex analysis to senior leadership.
