Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead the development of cost/price volumes for various federal contract types including FFP, T&M, and IDIQ.
• Perform cost realism and reasonableness analyses to ensure compliance with DCAA audit standards.
• Coordinate with capture managers, solution architects, and subcontractors to gather labor and material inputs.
• Author pricing narratives and basis of estimate (BOE) documentation aligned with RFP requirements.
• Manage the end-to-end pricing review cycle, including color team gates and executive sign-off.
• Maintain and refine Excel-based pricing models and centralized pricing libraries for future pursuits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in federal government pricing or cost proposal development.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with pricing tools like ProPricer.
• Thorough understanding of FAR, DFARS, CAS, and TINA regulations.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Secret security clearance.
• Must be able to work on-site at the Vienna, VA headquarters.

• Certified Cost Estimator/Analyst (CCEA) or AACE certifications.
