What you will do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive global tax strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead global treasury operations, including cash management, liquidity, and FX risk.
• Oversee global tax compliance, reporting under ASC 740, and IRS tax code adherence.
• Own global transfer pricing strategy and manage intercompany agreements and audit defense.
• Advise executive leadership on tax structures and the financial implications of M&A activities.
• Drive automation and technology adoption within tax and treasury functions to improve scalability.

Requirements

• Must be based remotely anywhere in the US.
• 12+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, with 5+ years in senior leadership overseeing global operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or economics; CPA or equivalent international certification required.
• Deep expertise in US federal, state, and international tax laws, including cross-border structuring.
• Proven track record in treasury management, FX risk management, and debt financing.
• Experience leading multi-country teams in a complex, multinational organization.
