What you will do

• Lead strategic direction and long-term execution plans for a portfolio of defense aerostructures programs.
• Manage and mentor a team of program managers and functional leaders to ensure execution success.
• Own portfolio P&L, margin performance, and year-over-year revenue growth.
• Act as the senior interface for DoW program offices, prime contractors, and executive stakeholders.
• Partner with engineering and operations to define technology roadmaps aligned to customer requirements.

Requirements

• Must be able to lawfully access information subject to US export controls.
• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of aerospace and defense experience with significant program and portfolio leadership.
• Proven success leading large, complex defense programs and managing P&L.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in Engineering.
• PMP or equivalent certification.
• Experience influencing capture strategies and contract negotiations.
• Active U.S. Security Clearance.
