What you will do

  • Work with project managers and field leaders to keep schedules updated and report risks and issues.
  • Assist in developing, monitoring, and integrating project schedules (including master schedule updates).
  • Collect schedule data, generate forecasts and variance reports, and produce documentation to monitor timelines.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure design activities are included in project schedules.
  • Cost load projects and produce a schedule of values to support billing and revenue forecasting.
  • Identify potential scheduling delays and escalate them to project managers and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 2 years of relevant experience in construction management or a related field.
  • Associate degree or higher in a construction/engineering-related field preferred (experience can substitute).
  • Proficiency in English (read, write, and communicate).
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
