What you will do

• Support all areas of project delivery and the commissioning phase, reporting directly to the Project Manager.
• Assist with scheduling, organizing, and tracking day-to-day project activities and deliverables.
• Coordinate with the project delivery team, including logistics, subcontractors, service teams, and clients.
• Manage regional resource planning and reporting via client-based snag and progress tracking systems.
• Interpret and manage inbound OEM devices and oversee site-based activities.
• Identify and implement improvement initiatives to reduce lead times, minimize inventory, and increase profitability.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Bedford, United Kingdom.
• Strong organizational and proactive approach with excellent time management and communication skills.
• Practical and methodical approach to problem-solving with the ability to work under pressure.
• Experience with Microsoft Project and/or Excel is advantageous.
• Previous experience in project management or a site-based role is advantageous.
