What you will do

• Lead the project control function and project forecasts, influencing internal and external clients.
• Manage the project controls scheduling team in the preparation of plans and schedules.
• Interface with JV partners and subcontractors for planning and scheduling activities.
• Identify project execution issues and advise the project team or partners.
• Support proposal efforts and integrate constructability into the planning process.
• Oversee work status systems to proactively identify issues and report to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of relevant Cost Control or Planning & Scheduling experience.
• Alternative: 8+ years of relevant experience without a degree.
• Must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding (background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records).
• Visa sponsorship is not available.
