What you will do
- Lead Portfolio or Strategic accounts to drive proactive growth and increase overall profitability.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to ensure high retention and minimize renewal erosion.
- Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Take full ownership of account P&L, managing revenue growth, costs, and associated risks.
- Collaborate with sales teams to execute the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing.
- Integrate industry best practices to position the company as a market leader in technical solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience running account P&L.
- 5 years of experience managing the end-to-end sales process.
- Proven track record in driving revenue growth, managing costs, and profitability.
- Deep knowledge of current business and technology trends and industry best practices.
- Must be based in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Prior sales experience specifically within technical solutions.
