What you will do

  • Lead Portfolio or Strategic accounts to drive proactive growth and increase overall profitability.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to ensure high retention and minimize renewal erosion.
  • Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Take full ownership of account P&L, managing revenue growth, costs, and associated risks.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to execute the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing.
  • Integrate industry best practices to position the company as a market leader in technical solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience running account P&L.
  • 5 years of experience managing the end-to-end sales process.
  • Proven track record in driving revenue growth, managing costs, and profitability.
  • Deep knowledge of current business and technology trends and industry best practices.
  • Must be based in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • Prior sales experience specifically within technical solutions.
