Customer Success Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote, but must be based in Germany with availability for frequent travel (up to 25%)

What you will do

• Act as the lead point of contact for high-volume customer accounts within the DACH region.
• Establish and maintain productive relationships with executive stakeholders to ensure expectations are met.
• Forecast and track key account metrics while identifying growth and sales opportunities.
• Take full ownership of commercial activities and renewals for assigned accounts.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Technical teams to facilitate opportunities and maintain client engagement.
• Manage customer activity and ad-hoc queries within the CRM platform.

Requirements

• Must be based in Germany.
• German: Native level speaker.
• English: High level proficiency.
• 4+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in a global organization managing global accounts.
• Proven experience working within a Cybersecurity company, preferably a startup.
• Strong track record in renewals and relationship management.
• Ability to communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives.

Nice to have

• Professional working proficiency in Polish (spoken and written).
• BA/BSc degree.
