What you will do

  • Own business development outcomes for a named account territory, including both existing and greenfield opportunities.
  • Orchestrate extended sales and pre-sales teams to deliver comprehensive cybersecurity solutions.
  • Lead account planning and strategy, defining financial targets and milestones for 1-3 year periods.
  • Collaborate with industry-leading distributors, SIs, MSSPs, and resellers to extend market value.
  • Assess, clarify, and validate customer needs within complex business environments.
  • Manage end-to-end sales processes, engaging internal stakeholders such as Sales Engineers and Executives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10+ years of software sales experience.
  • Must be based in Malaysia.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-value sales and thought leadership in FSI and large enterprise sectors.
  • Experience using modern CRM tools and account planning methodologies.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior executives, architecture, operations, and procurement teams.
  • Strong collaborative skills to lead virtual teams and drive customer success.
