What you will do
- Act as technical point of contact for customer portfolio, guiding from onboarding to operational maturity.
- Proactively manage support cases, feature requests, and escalations to resolution.
- Train customer teams on deployment, management, and best practices for .
- Provide tailored configuration and optimization aligned with security, performance, and usability.
- Guide on upcoming releases and demonstrate new feature benefits.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years in technical account management, solutions engineering, or post-sales technical role in software/cybersecurity.
- Strong technical foundation with enterprise IT/SaaS/security platforms.
- Experience with customer escalations, support tickets, and technical project management.
- Excellent communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Comfortable with Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, and remote tools.
- Bachelor’s in technical discipline or equivalent preferred.
