TL;DR

Principal Genesys Cloud PS Consultant (Contact Center): Leading the design and implementation of enterprise-grade contact center solutions with an accent on multi-channel customer experience platforms and scalable architectures. Focus on configuring Genesys Cloud environments, building routing strategies, and integrating CRMs to optimize customer journey.

Location: Must have valid authorization to work in the United States (No Visa Sponsorship). Based in Atlanta, GA, or remote within the US.

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary technical expert for customers, providing consultancy on Genesys Cloud solutions.
  • Lead end-to-end technical design, from facilitating workshops and requirement gathering to producing signed-off documentation.
  • Define scalable solution architectures to solve complex business and technical challenges.
  • Configure and optimize Genesys Cloud environments to meet operational needs.
  • Manage the planning and execution of contact center deployments, migrations, and upgrades.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors as the main escalation point for Genesys matters.

Requirements

  • Valid US work authorization is mandatory; no visa sponsorship available.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting and optimizing complex, multi-site contact center environments.
  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing Genesys Cloud solutions.
  • Experience building routing strategies and IVR workflows using Genesys Architect.
  • Proficiency in CRM integrations (e.g., Salesforce, MS Dynamics).
  • Deep knowledge of SIP infrastructure, including SIP protocol, SBCs, and load balancing.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Genesys Cloud Workforce Management (WFM).
  • Experience conducting training for supervisors, administrators, and architects.
  • Experience with CX Cloud from Genesys and Salesforce.
