What you will do

• Review and document scientific business processes and laboratory systems.
• Develop future-state workflows and data models in collaboration with scientific stakeholders.
• Implement and configure core informatics platforms to meet customer requirements.
• Lead client workshops, perform data modeling, and guide user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high service delivery and satisfaction.
• Assist in the creation of project proposals and estimates for service delivery.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a Life Sciences field.
• Minimum 4-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in configuration, deployment, and management of informatics systems (e.g., ELN, sample management, inventory).
• Proven experience with platforms such as Benchling, Dotmatics, IDBS, Sapio, or Labware.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex scientific concepts to cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Technical experience with SDK and APIs for development or integration.
• Experience with in vivo applications.
