What you will do
- Develop and manage a robust pipeline of prospects through cold calling, networking, and referral channels.
- Execute a consultative sales process to understand client needs in payroll, HR, and risk management.
- Navigate complex, multi-step sales cycles typically lasting 3-6 months.
- Collaborate with implementation and service teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience.
- Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce and Hubspot to manage daily activities and track KPIs.
- Deliver flawless closing kits to ensure accurate and timely implementation.
Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa or residency sponsorship.
- 5-7 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within a service-based company.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving growth.
- Strong understanding of consultative selling methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with meticulous attention to detail.
