What you will do
- Drive commercial performance, including signings, revenue growth, and profitability across the customer unit.
- Manage multi-year account planning and lead Return to Growth initiatives.
- Engage directly with C-suite executives to align IT capabilities with industry and regional trends.
- Coach and mentor Customer Partners to excel as trusted advisors and expand 's scope.
- Leverage AI and data-driven analytics to guide strategy and forecast performance.
- Orchestrate complex ecosystems by aligning cross-functional teams and strategic partners.
Requirements
- Must be based in Sao Paulo, Brazil
- 5+ years of experience running account P&L.
- 5 years of experience managing end-to-end sales processes.
- Proven experience with revenue growth, cost optimization, and profitability risks.
- Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Experience in sales of technical solutions.
