What you will do

  • Drive commercial performance, including signings, revenue growth, and profitability across the customer unit.
  • Manage multi-year account planning and lead Return to Growth initiatives.
  • Engage directly with C-suite executives to align IT capabilities with industry and regional trends.
  • Coach and mentor Customer Partners to excel as trusted advisors and expand hirify.global's scope.
  • Leverage AI and data-driven analytics to guide strategy and forecast performance.
  • Orchestrate complex ecosystems by aligning cross-functional teams and strategic partners.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Sao Paulo, Brazil
  • 5+ years of experience running account P&L.
  • 5 years of experience managing end-to-end sales processes.
  • Proven experience with revenue growth, cost optimization, and profitability risks.
  • Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • Experience in sales of technical solutions.
