What you will do
- Manage B2B business outcomes and cross-functional teams across Brazil, Mexico, and NSC.
- Lead commercial, channel, and alliance strategies to drive market share and account penetration.
- Establish high-level relationships with enterprise clients, distributors, and strategic partners.
- Develop and implement regional playbooks aligned with global innovation and sustainability goals.
- Oversee forecasting, reporting, and B2B sales pipeline management.
- Manage budget, P&L, and financial KPIs to ensure sustainable and profitable growth.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in senior B2B leadership roles within technology, IT, or consulting sectors.
- Proven background in regional multicountry management and talent development.
- Solid experience in consultative sales with large accounts, channel development, and global alliances.
- Advanced knowledge of LATAM regional dynamics including legislation, taxes, and market competition.
- Fluent English and advanced/fluent Spanish are required.
- Availability for frequent travel and regional engagement.
