What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts, identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
- Build and enhance strong relationships with CXO-level executives and key technical stakeholders.
- Apply consultative-selling techniques to align offerings with client goals and challenges.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, inside sales, and partner ecosystem teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and provide accurate sales forecasts to track performance.
- Manage the full sales process from initial contact through negotiation and closing.
Requirements
- Proven track record in enterprise sales and account management meeting or exceeding targets.
- Deep knowledge of enterprise software, including Linux, hybrid cloud, containers, and AI.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or Clari.
- Proficiency in enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Challenger.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic, global environment.
